A Personal Message from Austin and McKelle

I am Austin.I was born into a level of optimism I could not explain. Something in me gravitated toward possibility where other people saw limitation, and I lived that way for most of my life. What I could not do was teach it. When someone told me they were depressed, I told them to be happy and choose differently. That was the depth of the language I had. That changed when I met McKelle. She and her father LaMonte had built a company called Fulfill Life Yourself, and their framework gave me something extraordinary: the language of my own brain. I could finally explain why I lived the way I did, and why other people got stuck in patterns they could not name. I threw myself into the work: facilitating sessions, running discovery calls, leading self-discovery experiences, pouring everything I had into it. Years of full-time practice turned instinct into methodology. Then on October 23, 2023, my brother Devon took his life.

October 23, 2023

It was the deepest loss I have ever known. The pain would drop me to my knees over and over. Every ordinary thing became a trigger. The chair, the wind, the buildings, everything, because I could not stop thinking about not seeing my big bro again. Here is why I am telling you this. By that point in my life, I had the tools to walk into the pain instead of away from it. Not because the pain was not real. It was the most real thing I had ever felt. But I understood the neurology, and I knew what high emotion becomes when you use it as fuel instead of letting it debilitate you.So I leaned in.When I was afraid to look at photos of him, I spent three hours scrolling through every photo I had. When I was afraid to hear his voice, I sat with videos and voice messages for two hours. When I could not say the words my brother passed away out loud without breaking, I called his friends, my friends, family members, and said those words for the next three hours. When I went to his home and saw where his last moments had been, I placed my knees exactly where his knees had been two days before, and stayed there. The transformation that might have taken years compressed into weeks and months. Not because I am special. Because this methodology works.

Why Neuro New Exists

That same day I found out, I pulled out a camera, put on a wrinkled button-up shirt, and started recording. I told the camera the news, and I offered what I knew about processing it in a way that empowers rather than crushes. McKelle and I are the only two people who have seen that video. But making it was the beginning of something that has not stopped since.Since that day, I have been on a mission to help people unlock their potential by tapping into their authentic self. Not by chasing symptoms. Not by coping through life. Not by carrying limiting beliefs that quietly life-sentence a person into a smaller version of themselves. By working at the level where the wiring is actually written. Identity. My mission is to remove external reliance and help people build sustainable, empowering neurological wiring, so they know how to find options and answers no matter what shows up. The confidence this creates is that hope is not something you go looking for outside of yourself. It is already a part of you. It is already a part of your identity. Before Devon passed, I truly believed my life was wonderful, and then I learned how to improve it tremendously. It does not take a life falling apart to increase the quality of your life. This is for every person, because every person carries limiting beliefs quietly running the show. When Devon did pass, I thought my life was falling apart and the world along with it. Then I learned how to use it. Every person on earth encounters opposition, which means this is for every person. This company stands because I will not let anything or anyone take this passion to help others experience some version of what I have experienced.I will get this out to the world.I will turn Devon’s moment into a movement. This is my story. This is why Neuro New exists.

From McKelle

I am McKelle. Austin has told you the loudest part of our story. Here is the quieter part, in mine.[McKelle’s passage — two to four paragraphs on how she came into this work through her father LaMonte and Fulfill Life Yourself, what she saw in Austin when they met, and what building Neuro New alongside him has been for her. Ends on the partnership. Warm, personal, no framework language. Replace this placeholder when ready.]
