Professional and Medical Disclaimer
Neuro New LLC offers education and coaching centered on self-understanding and neuroplasticity. The content on this site and inside every program is provided for informational and educational purposes. It is information to consider, not direction to act.
Austin Kiser and McKelle Wilcox Kiser are not licensed physicians, psychologists, psychiatrists, or therapists, and nothing offered here is therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. Neuro New is not a substitute for licensed care. For a medical or mental-health concern, consult a licensed professional.
Results vary with each person and depend on individual engagement. Stories reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of any particular outcome.
Neuro New is a proactive program, not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in the United States and in crisis, you can call or text 988, the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. Outside the United States, contact your local emergency services.
The Guarantee
The Experience carries a work-gated guarantee. It rewards the work rather than the doubt, and it runs in three layers.
Work-gated eligibility. You unlock the guarantee once you have completed Foundational 4, the first 10 Core modules, the reflection worksheets, and one live call, all within 30 days of starting.
Support first. If you have done that and still feel no shift, the first response is ours. We keep working with you at no additional cost until something changes.
The cash path. If support does not resolve it, the final option is a refund of the program minus a fixed $200 onboarding portion, or a credit, or the option to stop a payment plan. The $200 onboarding portion is nonrefundable, and the company keeps it whether you paid in full or over time. It covers the transaction fees and the portal cost, and it is kept deliberately modest.
The refund is what you have actually paid, minus the onboarding portion, floored at zero. If you paid in full, that is the amount paid minus $200. If you are paying over time, all remaining payments stop, and you are refunded what you have paid minus $200, so you owe nothing further.
Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of the Neuro New site and The Neuro New Experience. By joining, you agree to what follows.
Access. The Neuro New Experience includes four months of access on the Disco platform. The access period begins at first login and activation. It is limited, not lifetime. Continuing afterward on the alumni membership is a separate, opt-in choice at $197 per month or $1,997 per year, and nothing renews automatically.
Guarantee. You unlock the guarantee after completing Foundational 4, the first 10 Core modules, the reflection worksheets, and one live call within 30 days. Support comes first. If it stays unresolved, the cash path is a refund of the program minus a nonrefundable onboarding portion, a credit, or the option to stop a payment plan. Intellectual property. All content, videos, frameworks, and methods, including NAAP, the Thriving Spectrum, the AIM Framework, the 9 Neuro Drivers, and the Three Neuro Solidifiers, are the property of Neuro New LLC. The F.L.Y. method is used under license from its holders. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to the whole.
Eligibility. The Neuro New Experience is for adults 18 and older. Enrollment is for the person taking part.
Conduct. The community runs on respect. Treat other members and the team with care, keep shared spaces safe, and use the material for your own growth rather than redistribution.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
Privacy Policy
What we collect. When you join the free community, buy a program, book a call, or add your name to a waitlist, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, email, and payment information. Payment is handled by our processor, Stripe, and we do not store full card numbers ourselves.
How we use it. We use your information to deliver what you signed up for, send the emails tied to it, run the community and the platform, and answer you when you reach out. We do not sell your information.
Cookies and tracking. Essential cookies keep the site working. Non-essential cookies, such as analytics, stay off until you agree to them. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer.
Your choices. You can ask to see, correct, or remove the information we hold about you by writing to neuronewyou@gmail.com. You can unsubscribe from any email we send.
