How long do I have access?
Four months, and the clock starts at your first login, not at purchase. That covers the whole Experience: Ignite Your Journey, Foundational 4, and Core 34, with the group calls and the community running alongside. It is enough time to move through the work at a human pace and to build patterns that hold once access closes.
What happens when the four months end?
Access closes, and continuing is a choice you make, not a charge you cancel. Nothing renews on its own. If you want to keep the community, the calls, and the library open, the alumni membership runs $197 a month or $1,997 for the year, and founding members hold the $197 rate for life. Plenty of people finish the four months and carry the work forward on their own, which is what it was built for. The door stays open either way.
What is Neuro New, and what is it not?
Neuro New is a neurochemical self-understanding system: direct experience and discovery, science-backed rewiring over time, and a bridge to self-reliance. It is not therapy or treatment, a temporary emotional peak, a quick fix, or a system that keeps you leaning on it. You do the rewiring. Neuro New is the tool that helps you do it yourself.
How does the guarantee work?
The guarantee is work-gated, which means it rewards effort rather than doubt. You unlock it once you have completed Foundational 4, the first ten Core modules, the reflection worksheets, and one live call, all within your first thirty days. If you have done that and still feel no shift, the first move is ours: we keep working with you at no added cost until something changes. If that still does not land, the cash path is a refund of the program minus a fixed $200 onboarding portion, or a credit, or the option to stop a payment plan.
Who is this for?
Neuro New serves adults eighteen and older. It is written for the person who has felt stuck despite real effort, who is done with shame-based approaches, and who wants the why behind the how. If you have moved through real adversity and want to author what comes next rather than wait for a rescuer, this was built with you in mind.
How does it reach you?
The program and its content live on Disco, and the community gathers on Discord. Everyone gets a bi-weekly, ninety-minute group call with Austin and/or McKelle for breakthroughs and questions, and founding members move to weekly. The moment you enroll, a welcome and a next-steps page meet you, and an automated email delivers your Disco login within about two minutes. From there, the pace is yours.
